Jangan sampai kamu terlambat menemui mereka. Terima kasih... .

What To Tweet?
Good news is, i finally make a decision: create a twitter account. Bad news is, i don't really know what to tweet. LOL i mean it. I have this blog for writing my book review (mostly) and sharing my life-story (sometimes), i have another blog to review movies and share my life-story (in regular basis), i also have goodreads account to compile all books i've read and going to read.
I have YM id to chat with friends, also have plurks id which is a bit inactive now, since i don't really sure what should i read there, i simply just reading my friend's plurk. And now i create a twitter account! What the hell is i were thinking that time?
Oh well, duh, since it's all happened, i asked you guys here: in your opinion, what should i tweet? FYI, i haven't really familiar with twitter and its capability. Haha..

Duality of My Memory

Well, how to say, how to start... ^^; Uhm, okay, it started last night, when i have some conversations with a friend. Actually, it's more to.. i share story to her, more to a one way conversation. After all those sentences i blunted out, my friend just say: "Don't you think you memorize too much?"
That starts a deeper thinking, reconsidering if that's true or not. To be honest, i always see myself as a person who has short-term memory. I tend to forget things easily, especially names. But to think about what my friend just said... ya, in some parts, i have to admit, i memorize a lot. I can remember acts that happened a very long time ago, like when i was only 3 years old or even younger. I don't know, some acts crossed my mind just like that, not evadable.
Which one is better: memorize a bit or memorize a lot? I hate to say, both has its own benefits. The "memorize-a-bit" me makes me easier to forget hard times, easier to forgive, easier to let go. The "memorize-a-lot" me makes me value more things, enables me to go deep inside myself and track down some things/feelings.
What can i say, i have both types of memories in my head. I just have to deal with them well. I hope i can synchronized them well. LOL.

Poet: To Where The Eagle Flies
Heading to east, he directs his eyes
Praying for sun to rise
Shines whole land, garden, and farms
To where the eagle shouts
Heading to east, he move his wings
Gathers all workers on streets
To work the land, garden, and farms
To where the eagle stay
Heading to the hill, he sits his body
Sharing braves, power, and knowledge
Prepare a start of a bigger one
To whom the eagle bows down
On the gate of east he prepare himself
Waiting for his master, he stand still
Remain in silent yet faithful
To where the eagle flies, I voice my prayer
To where the eagle shouts, I step my feet
To where the eagle stay, I work my hands
To whom the eagle bows down, I give my all

Travel Warning: Indonesia DANGEROUSLY Beautiful!
Picture above was taken from http://indonesiabertindak.multiply.com. While pictures below were taken by myself, at Bali, several years ago.
Indonesia is dangerously beautiful to be missed by anyone. Except you're a person who afraid to be overwhelmed with wonderful natures, richness of cultures and sub-cultures, wide range of food and beverages, buildings, and even its history, you definitely won't missed Indonesia.
Those pictures above, are only some part of Bali, one small island among thousands of Indonesian island. Picture 2, 3, and 5 were taken in "Lake Bedugul, Bali" while picture 4 was taken in "Kintamani, Bali".
Bali island already well known for its exoticism, beauty, and nature. And some part of the world misunderstood Bali as a country, not as a part of Indonesia. Even i honestly agree that Bali is a wonderful place to visit, Indonesia has much more places that deserve a visit. Next time, if i got some shots from another place in Indonesia, i'll upload them here. As a prove that Indonesia really is dangerously beautiful.
Despite of some crowd and messes happened here, Indonesia isn't that dangerous until it need to be avoided. Well, like a saying "An experience worth much more than thousands of words", i'll just stop here, let you take a visit, and let you experience the "danger" of Indonesia by yourself. ;)
PS: This blog entry is inspired by the movement of some Indonesian, which their site can be found here. You can find more information on that site. Happy adventuring!

Missing... (Kangen)
Menawi mboten ngartos, basa alusan lan basa kasar niku saged ditingali saking kata-kata ingkang digunaaken.
Basa alusan (krama): Rama, panjenengan badhe tindak pundi?
Basa kasar (ngoko): Bapak, kowe arep lunga ngendi?
Basa alusan biasa digunaaken kaliyan bocah marang sesepuh, wong marang wong liya kang derajate luwih dhuwur, wong marang wong liya kang dipunkagumi, bawahan marang atasanipun.
Basa kasar biasa digunaaken kaliyan sesepuh marang bocah utawa wong kang luwih enom, guru marang muridipun, wong kang derajate dhuwur marang wong kang derajate luwih asor, atasan marang bawahan, lan wong marang rencange sedaya.
Piturut kula, sampun cekap kula bebasan nggih. Sakniki, kula badhe ngagem basa kasar, amarga kula luwih saged ngangge basa ngoko, supaya kula saged ngutaraken pikiranipun kula luwih becik.
Sebenere aku ora ngerti arep nulis apa. Bingung. Tapi, pengen wae nulis nganggo basa jawa meneh. Hehehe... Piye-piye, aku bangga karo basa jawa. Ana kanca kuliahku (wong palembang) sing ngomong: "Gue kalo denger orang ngomong bahasa jawa, masih mending lah daripada denger orang ngomong bahasa sunda. Apalagi kalo mereka keren, tapi ngomongnya bahasa sunda, berasa ga cocok aja gitu, jatoh pasarannya"
Hihihi, maaf buat orang sunda yah, sekedar pendapat pribadi dari temenku kok. Jangan dianggap serius.
Ngomong-ngomong soal kangen, aku kangen karo mak'e, karo pak'e, karo budhe lan pakdhe, tur yo kangen karo adhi-adhiku, kangen karo basa jawa, kangen karo kanca-kanca. Kangen lentog, kangen opor panggang, kangen lodeh tahu, kangen masakane budheku, kangen ponakanku sing ayu tur nggemesi.
Soal uripku, aku kepengen nglakokke macem-macem tapi yo ajeg, aku kekurung neng kene. Ra isa apa-apa. Isih akeh sing kudu tak lakoni sedurunge aku isa nglakokke sing tak pengeni. Nek tak itung-itung, kurang luwih yo aku kudu ngenteni 5 nganti 6 tahun meneh. Kesel si kesel, tapi yo piye meneh. Aku sakiki gek kelangan semangat, gek kueseeel jan ra karuan, bingung, kaya kelangan jeru banget tapi ra reti kelangan apa. Mulakno, aku kudu isa nganakke semangatku meneh, kudu mantepke ati kanggo nglakoni 6 tahun mengarep. Ora bakal gampang, apa meneh nek ndelok kondisiku sing saiki (Gusti Pangeran musti ngerti maksudku).
Aku pengen nangis yo rak iso, pengen gembar-gembor yo ra isa (isin). Pengen diemong tapi sing tak pengeni nggo ngemong ra teka-teka. Ya Allah Gustiiii... apa karepMu? apa karepku? Aku kangen tapi ora isa nyedhak. Aku malah terus mlayu saka sampeyan. aku kangen, kangen, kangen, kangen, kangen, kangen.... aku pengen nemokke sing bener, aku pengen ketemu. Masa'a njenengan mboten ngertos lan ngrasakaken... kula tresna marang njenengan.

Dream 1
I'm going to buy meal near hospital in my living area. I go with my brother. In the dream.. i was around 12 years old, i presume. My bro and i take the alternative road (way much nearer than to take the main road). Suddenly, a not-too-big black creature appears on the street and approaching me with it's beak opened. I try to stay calm and evade that creature but i fail. That creature bite me T_T not too hurt but still, it bite me. My bro and some villagers laughing me. My bro catch that creature, open it's beak, and told me to run away (he'll after me later).
I run directly to the hospital, just to find out that i'm lost in a new environment. There's an old-big-building and a playground near it. My bro managed to find me and we explore the area. We approaching that old-big-building and read the sign on it's wall: RIO DAGO HOSPITAL. Never heard a hospital in Dago area so my bro and me step inside the building.
A woman, a nurse i guess, half shouting us: "Why keep on the door? Come in" So my bro and i come in. Wow, a very 'ancient' building it is. And guess what! Those nurses... they aren't wearing a white uniform like it used to be. They wear chang-i dress (a shanghai dress)!
That's the end of my dream, leaving me with strange feeling. Well, just want to write it down :P
Story behind The Book of Abarat: Book 2
Well, what i'm trying to say here is not about those chicken anymore. But... i just wanna say, no matter how weird it will sound, oh yes, I fall in love with that Prince of Midnight; Christopher Clarion. Lol, laugh me, say i'm weirdo (i think myself a weirdo and i laugh myself too). Oh and his poem.. it's cool! Too bad i don't have the book here, right now. I'll quote it here another time.

Story behind The Book of Abarat: Book 1
Finally, I finish reading the first book of Abarat. WOW!
After several great fights inside myself on deciding whether to stop or continue reading this novel, I managed to finish it until the last page.
Perhaps some of you are questioning about why I need to experience such fights only to finish reading a novel. Is it because of the book is boring? Or is it because the story is too unworthy to read? None of them. The only reason is… this novel has caused several nightmares to me. No kidding, I really affected by those nightmares more than I realized I would.
In some pages of the novel, there’re pictures of chickens. Yes! Chickens! I have some kind of chicken phobia (not only to chickens but to birds too, honestly) I don’t know since when.
These several years I’ve tried to press it to the lower limit. I’ve experience almost none nightmares about being attacked by chicken or bird or goose. Otherwise, I, several times, dreaming about myself having enough courage to fight back those chickens.
But I don’t know why, recently, the phobia is getting strong. Perhaps the intense “meeting” with chickens and my friends whom sometimes playing around with me with chickens makes my mental condition slope down to its lower level (if I can’t say to the lowest level). That is why, when I saw the picture of chickens in the first book of Abarat, I successfully haunted by nightmares with chickens as the villain! Sounds ridiculous, it is, but not for me.
At least, for me, I’ve managed to win the mental fight by continue reading the rest pages of the novel. It’s a great novel, truly it is. I’ll regret it for sure if I stop reading it just because of several nightmares.
Thou knowing that fact, when I start peeping what’s inside the second book of Abarat, I’m a bit terrified with the fact that the second book, again, still containing story about Chickentown! I assumed if Chickentown is talked in the second book, means the second book also containing picture of chickens! I do really really hope that I won’t get any nightmares for more. These chicken’s attacks already exhaust me for sure.
I’m tired reading a book with heartbeat, a bit handshaking, afraid of seeing a picture of chicken! Degradation on my phobia case but what can I do?! Guess I’ll have to start it all over to overcome my phobia.
Gosh, how many years do I’d need for that? Several years to put me on the previous level (before my mental state slopes down) and another several years more to cure it, I guess. (if no other obstacles arise). Meanwhile… can I still confide myself to keep trying overcoming my chicken phobia? *shrugs* *winks*
PS: mental state that I meant above doesn’t related to crazy or something, just mental exhaustion :)
